Abigail planned a wonderful trip for us to Jamaica. We had never been to that area of Jamaica before and flights were easy including Club Mobay at the airport (which Abigail completely handled), the transfer from airport to resort was safe and comfortable and the resort was amazing. The second day of our trip, my husband had an accident which necessitated a hospital stay. Abigail was so clutch in getting us in touch with travel insurance, making sure we had everything we needed from the resort and answering a thousand calls from me about how to proceed in a foreign country with a medical emergency. I had never been in this situation before and Abigail made it so much easier on us. We felt like we had someone behind the scenes handling the details. She called and texted and checked in on us frequently and answered her phone whenever we needed her. I am so impressed with her.

Abigail did an amazing job in helping us plan our trip and make a decision. We traveled as two couples, and we all four had specific and detailed requests. She gave us several rounds of options and met all of our needs perfectly. During our time in Jamaica, one traveler experienced an injury (freak accident) and Abigail helped us through everything with concern and immediate response. She checked on us continuously and helped us navigate all the hurdles associated with the accident. She was responsive and always available immediately. Abigail offered additional services and VIP escorts through customs and upon arrival, which were a great perk and worth the money! We were all very happy with her services, input, and assistance. Getting four people to make a decision together can be time consuming, but she very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. As my first time using a travel agent, I was very pleased with the overall experience and would trust her to help with all vacations in the future.
